		<description><![CDATA[You could say my sister inspired me. I once told her she was my hero.  She exhibited grace, dignity and great humour when facing her terminal illness. If she could do that, I could face some of my own fears head on.  
  When we decided to take a year off and go cruising, many people questioned our decision. Why did we not wait until we were retired?  
  My sister taught me to grab  opportunities when they present themselves, to not put them off for some long away date. 
  Inspiration may come from many places, seeing people do difficult things they never thought they would be able to accomplish, or perhaps a chance meeting with a person who is living a life one has thought about taking on themselves. 
  The point I suppose is to take the gift, make good use of it and if one is lucky to be able to pass it along.]]></description>
